In 1999, the average a turnaround time of six (6) working days. We define turnaround time as being from the day we receive the order until the day the completed order leaves our factory. Due to increased demand in 2000, our turnaround time is averaging 8-10 working days (still pretty good). Most of our competitors average 4-6 weeks.
